The Bryant PTA raffle is coming to a close this week. Sold and unsold raffle tickets were due TODAY, but if you forgot or if your child was absent and didn’t turn them in– you can still sell what you have! Please send money and sold raffle ticket stubs in to school on Monday.
All sold and unsold raffle tickets should be turned in to your student’s advisory teacher on Monday, 12/10/18. Thanks for your support!
Happy Thanksgiving from the Bryant Middle School PTA. Enjoy your holiday and the long weekend. See you Monday at Chatting with the Superintendent at 7pm at Bryant.
How about selling those raffle tickets to friends and family over the holiday weekend? Be sure to ask your student to get them out of their locker and bring them home on Tuesday! The PTA really wants to raise money to spend on Bryant students– field trips, treats and more! Better yet, who doesn’t want a chance to win money just before Winter Break? Sell those tickets!
The Bryant PTA raffle has officially begun! Today each Bryant family was given a pack of 25 raffle tickets to sell to friends and family. The tickets are $2.00 each. If we reach our sales goal, the prizes are $500 for first prize, and $250 each for second and third prizes. Ticket buyers must be 18 to win the prize money. All sold and unsold tickets must be turned in by Friday 12/07/18. Winners will be announced the following Friday, 12/14/18. (You don’t need to be present to win, but you do need to make sure your information is printed clearly on the ticket stub!)
Hello Bryant Families!
The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program for students across the country. Last year we had several district winners from Bryant Middle School, and Dearborn Public Schools has had many winners at the state and national levels over the years. This year PTA Reflections is celebrating its 50th anniversary. It would be really wonderful to celebrate 50 years of art by having 50 students participate from our school!
Participation in the Reflections program is voluntary. There are six categories for kids to choose from including dance choreography, film, literature, music, photography, and visual arts. It is a great way for students to explore various art forms while reflecting on a theme. This year’s theme is “Heroes Around Me.”
Please encourage your child to watch the following short video and to browse the Dearborn Reflections website. Students can download the rules and entry forms from our district website, or they can ask any teacher for a hard copy.
All entries are due on November 26th.
