If your child is interested in a program that focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) a special informational meeting will be held at the school on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 7:00 pm. This is an opportunity for parents to learn more about the program and ask questions.
Applications for the 2016-17 academic year at the STEM Middle School are currently being accepted on-line by visitinghttp://stem.dearbornschools.org/stem-application/
Students who are currently in 5th, 6th and 7th grade can apply for the school. However, at this time all spots are full for students who will be in the 7th grade in 2016-17. Additionally, only a few spots remain open for 8th grade. All applications must be submitted by March 18th.
Visit http://stem.dearbornschools.org/ for more information on the program or contact Ms. Julia Maconochie, Principal, STEM Middle School at (313) 827-1904.

Let’s Help Our Teachers and Staff  Restock Their Supply Closet.
Dear Lindbergh Families,
Our Teachers and Staff spend a lot of their own money providing additional school supplies for our children and their classrooms when the supplies  from the beginning of the year runs out.
We feel it is important for our Lindbergh families to come together to support and recognize these great Teachers and  staff  for their hard work and dedication.
The things we need to refill their supply closet  are :

Let’s Show Our Lindbergh Teachers and Staff  how much we appreciate all their hard work!!

Please note we have started JRFH this Jan 27 and will continue until Monday, Feb 29th. Students can turn in the “Promise” coupons for their first 2 Pups to Mr. Murua. Please consider registering online at www.heart.org/jump   . Students can earn 2 more extra pups and it is the easiest way to earn money for donations. Once you’re on the website, locate the state, city, and then our school to “Join the Lindbergh Team”. At present I have collected over $3500 so far.

Students can also earn Ducks. For every $10 donated (cash, check or online), they earn a duck, for a maximum of 3 Ducks for $30.

Last year, 115 Lindbergh students and families donated $5,400  to the American Heart Association. Our goal this year will be to have over 125 participants and earn $5, 600 .♥ Thank you for supporting a great cause.
