Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is a Community Service Project that has been taken on by many of our classrooms and staff.

This organization believes that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. They build and repair houses all over the world using volunteer labor and donations. The partner families work on their houses and can purchase them through no-profit, no-interest mortgage loans or innovative financing methods.

Habitat for Humanity is currently building in Dearborn; they plan to build 12 houses in our community!

Our fundraiser for the month of November is a Coin Collection Drive – You may send in your loose coins anytime during the month!

Also, each classroom will have a collection container out at Parent-Teacher conferences.
